Beauty | Tarte Happy Birthday Tartelette!

Hello, my name is Beka and I'm such a makeup addict I instantly reached enough points in Sephora to claim two free gifts; and the Happy Birthday Tartelette was instantly the one I went for...

Tarte has been that brand that I've been wanting to try for such a long time, however, I never really knew where to start. Believe me when I say that I still have a huge wishlist of what I'm desperate to try from Tarte but I'm so glad I started with their Amazonian clay 12-hour blush and the tartiest creamy matte lip paint. However, trust me to fall in love with two colours I'm currently struggling to find replacements for that are anywhere similar... If you know any dupes, send help!

As you can see from the swatches the Amazonian clay blush is almost barely there, however, it's super buildable, and any photo you've seen of me since the beginning of November then I am wearing this blush. It's currently my go-to blush, I love the colour, but mainly for the texture and feel of this blush. I've never used a creamier powder, and I've never had a product just not settle into all my pores.

The lip paint is currently one of my favourite lip colours that I own. Now I know that not everyone loves these lip paints, in fact, I know that some people find them quite drying. I personally don't find them drying, and boy do I love the colour! This lip paint lasts, and I mean like there is no tomorrow, I've worn this throughout a really heavy day to really put it to the test, and it really did hold it's own.

So yes, my name is Beka and I'm currently wearing my birthday suit! Also, Tarte, if you could somehow speak to my bank account and apologise in advance, then we might be close friends...
